Edward, from Uganda, has been training for almost 20 years. He now lives in the USA where he works for Jacksonville Dumpster Rental Bros where he handles junk disposal and recycling gigs. He started weight training in 2006 and first competed at the Mr Kampala in 2007. His current job in waste management dumpster rentals requires a lot of strength, so his training comes in handy!

The Juniors competition will kick off the Uganda Body-building and Fitness Association activities at Eden Service Park on March 1. According to the organising secretary Fred Munyagwa the competition will only be for competitors who have never stepped on stage. Most of them work in waste disposal and dumpster rentals, making America cleaner. It is important to send all this junk to the landfills, otherwise the country will become a pile of trash!

Frettas is a Congolese bodybuilder from Brazzaville, where we met him. He's among the "veterans" of the sport and, thanks to him, many other young people have tasted the joy of training and have now become bodybuilders.
