Arnold Classic. March 8th, 2010 - Sub-saharian Africa was represented by 4 athletes from 2 countries at the just concluded Arnold Sports Festival. David Nyombo Mkombi, Tanzania, placed 4th in the Lightweight category. Odum Pinigey (Bantamweight), Abdulrasaq Kazeem (Lightweight) and Ekpe David Egbonyi (Middleweight) represented Nigeria. Nyombo off to US for World contest. March 2nd, 2010 - Tanzania's bodybuilder David Nyombo has finally departed for the US to compete in the Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic World Bodybuilding Championship slated for March 4. Nyombo reiterated his ambition to shatter more country's bodybuilding records, saying he was delighted to be the first Tanzanian to participate in the world championship.
