Hi! My name is Lazgo and I'm from Cote d'Ivoire. I began bodybuilding at 22. I became interested in training when I saw one of my friends developing muscle. I arrived in Ghana in 2005 and I'm now fully dedicated to NTPowerHouse GYM. I still train regularly, usually 5 days in a week. It's a pleasure for me to assist and share my experience with the members of the Gym. Don't hesitate to come! Many people think bodybuilding is for individuals with good genetics. But I actually believe in hard workout and concentration which brought me this far. Anybody can develop muscles based on endurance and determination.

To come by car from Accra take the beach road to Tema. Turn left after La Pleasure Beach, just before the Barracks. A board will show you the way at Bush road.

By public transport, go to Tema station, take a bus to Bush road and stop at Rasta.

Hi, my name is Hesse Johanis. I am a Ghanaian based in London for over 36 years. I am 59 years old. This is my second visit to Ghana in my 36 years of being in London. I have been informed by my son about NTPowerHouse GYM far back in London and upon visiting the GYM I realised that is just a home away from home.
