Well, to be frank, I don't really like to talk about myself. I enjoyed meeting the guys at NTPowerHouse and training at their gym, but doing this interview was the difficult part of the game! So let's just say I am a self desciplined, determined and a goal getter guy.


I started bodybuilding a few years ago, just for the fun of it, but later I understood the sports benefits and its various health advantages.
Presently I train 4 times in a week, 1 hour and a half a day.

2005 Musclemania West Africa, 12th (middle weight)
2006 Mr Ghana, 2nd (middle weight)
2007 Super Muscle Ghana, 2nd (heavy weight)
2008 Mr Ghana, 2nd (middle weight)


My preferred foods are chicken and rice, potatoes and eggs. During my spare time I like relaxing the mind and the body.
The little advice I have for upcoming bodybuilders is to be self desciplined, determined, humble and put in hard work!
