Hey There to all you guys at NTPowerHouse
I hope this event FAME NT AFRICA be a greatest in Africa...

I have  questions for you, all guys,
1-How do you understand by Natural Bodybuilder?
2- I use supplements from USN South Africa: www.usn.co.za, and from USA MuscleTech: www.muscletech.com, so I would be appreciated if you inform me whether  I can compete using these supplements or not. Can I compete at the FAME NT AFRICA while I use these legal supplements? ( I NEVER EVER USE ILEGAL DRUGS). If YES, then see you all on 30th, January, 2010.

2 weeks out to the Greatest ever contest in Africa...!!!Hummm!!! Yeah, I have started my very stricted diet today, no bread, no fruit, no sweets, no fries and just a cup of water per day. when I am thirsty , I can drink a energy drink or cup of coffee. I have included more protein and amino acids into my diet, so I will lose weights and gain lean mass.....I luv this GAME. I am training like never before in my life for 3 hours per day, from Monday till Saturday, Rest only Sunday, So Don't count me out. I expect all competitors are getting ready too, because I love HARDCORE Contest, I like challenge and that's why I am training and fighting for....

I am planning to travel to Kenya on 25th or 26th January 2010, Pls help me out to find me a Hardcore Gym and HardCore Place to rest.....

1- Who will take the trophy at Home? Who? Tell me who?

If you stay a couple of days in Nairobi, I strongly suggest you visit BIGBOYZ GYM. It's a hardcore gym where many Kenyan pro bodybuilders train. I'm sure you'll like it and feel confortable for your pre-contest training.

Hi!! Bob, I will be traveling to ,Nairobi on next Monday on 25th, the flight last 31 hours, I will be posting the flight details before Friday, ok??? I will sleep in South Africa, then Ethiopia, then I will be there with you in Nairobi, Please Book me a member card at this Hardcore Gym, because I will stay in Nairobi for 2/3 days, then moving to Eldoret......Smiling, I wanna and pretend smash all the weights at this gym......see ya all there and book me a member card for 2/3 or more days, because I will travel on 25th, January and I will get back on 4th February, 2010, I wanna make friendships, familiarize with the people and environment and destroy all weights at this Hardcore gym....Just Joke.....

Oh!!!! Dears
Please pray for me, I got infected by a virus, I have a stomach virus due to the change of diet and supplements...I am at the Medical Center right now, recovering from yesterday night and I hope to be free today. The reason why I got the virus is that I ain't no eatin' bread, no fries, no fruit, no sweets and jus a glass of water, when thirsty, I drink coffee, My body is reacting like never before. it is too strange for it, BUT I am sure I will be fine and back to Gym tomorrow morning and afternoon and Post my flight/details tomorrow nite........

Hey, FAME-NTPowerHouse, I left Angola today and I am in South Africa for 2 days, then I will be in Ethiopia for 2 days too, Then finally I will arrive at Nairobi International Jomo Airport on Tuesday on 26th, January 2010 and I will be back on 4th, February 2010, I pretend to expand my staying there for exchange experience and so forth.....
