Soccer and gym training go hand in hand at NTPowerHouse GYM. Last week two talented Ghanaian footballers Ebenezer Shamo Abbey and Samuel Bekai paid our gym a visit.

Both Shamo and Samuel appreciated NTPowerHouse GYM. They described the gym's environment as quiet and peaceful thereby making it possible to have a full level of concentration during training. They liked the equipments and found our staff very friendly and helpful.
Ebenezer Shamo Abbey was born in Accra on April 28th, 1980. He's 5ft9 tall and weighs 80 kg.

Hi, Shamo is my name and I am a footballer based in Vietnam currently in Ghana for a holiday. As a footballer I must always keep myself fit. I believe to be in a very good shape in terms of physiques as I prepare to play the European league next season. On my arrival from Vietnam, a friend introduced me to NTPowerHouse gym, which is not too far away from my place of residence. The equipments here are up to date and the staff is so friendly and dedicated to work. I have never regretted being a registered member. I shall recommend NTPowerHouse to all my colleagues who may travel down to Ghana.
