I started my Tae Kwan Do carrier with the Ghana Military Academy Tae Kwan Do Club (MATS) in the year 1988 and has then joined several other Clubs like the Castle Club, the stadium club, Ghana International school Tae Kwan Do Club and others.
Through hard work, I attained my present belt (Title) through series of examinations organised by the Ghana National Tae Kwan Do Association.
I was trained by instructors like Black Belters Cudjoe, Brako, Adinam, Amenoo etc.
