The New Coco Beach Resort is a three star hotel located on the beachfront of the capital Accra not far from the industrial port city of Tema. It is owned by an equal partnership of Ghanaian, English and Dutch concerns. The gym is available to guests as well as visitors and has a variety of equipment including a treadmill and an abdominal manual toner. An instructor is always ready to assist or recommend exercises for any particular need.
We met Mr Yousef Shahin, General Manager of The New Coco Beach Resort, who warmly welcomed us. Mr Yousef is aware of the importance of physical activies and told us that he would be happy to join NTPowerHouse in its efforts to promote the sports in our country. The gym at The New Coco Beach Resort will be soon renewed with new equipments and new activities. We promised to come back as soon as the new gym will be ready.
