Hi Prinston or POMJ, how do your friends call you?
I have all types of aka's but POMJ would do just fine.

Did your interest in bodybuilding start when you lived Liberia?
Believe it or not, I did not even know what bodybuilding was while living in Liberia. I was focused on surviving during the civil war so bodybuilding was no where in mind. When I left Liberia in 1991 I did not think I would be involved with bodybuilding.

What do you think of the 'new Liberia', can Mrs Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf get Liberia back on track?
I think Mrs. Ellen Sirleaf Johnson is a very strong minded and a very self-assured woman. I think for President Johnson to have the convection of wanting to represent and want a better Liberia is a symbol of an extreme courage and confidence in which she posses. For her to be selected as the first women president of Africa that with in its self speaks extreme volumes and is also a powerful example of how far the rights of women in the country of Africa have come. I have the complete faith that she will help put Liberia on track.
What will be POMJ's contribution to Liberia? Will you build a new gym in Monrovia or do you have any other project?
After finishing my educational goals such as majoring in public policy, I will like to equip myself with some political knowledge and savvy to go back to my country and give back. I would love to give back to my people educationally, politically, socially, and any other ways I know how. I would like to be able to educate them so that they can make decision on their own, educate themselves and others, and become more involved on an educational level as well as be aware of what is going on in their country politically. I want to have some dealings with the rebuilding and reforming of my country. On the fitness Level, I would love to help create a fitness center for the community of Liberia. I would also love to teach them, educate them, encourage them, motivate them, and inspire them to learn about all the aspect of their physical wellness.

What about your competition history? any new contest coming ahead?
My competition history is located on my personal webpage www.prinstonmartyn.com under the event section. As of now I'm not planning to do any shows. I'm just focusing on staying in shape and maintaining.
What about your training and nutrition?
I train 5 days a week. This is my actual training schedule Monday- chest, triceps and abs. Tuesday-shoulders, biceps and abs.  Wednesday-back, forearms, and abs. Thursday-Legs- Hamstrings with calves and abs. Friday-Legs again but this time Quads, calves and abs. Saturday and Sunday are for my recuperation days. As far as my nutrition the supplements I use are WHEY Protein and Branched chain amino acids along with the basic food groups and vitamins. Carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and vegetables. I make sure I always have a balanced meal when eating 6 to 7 times a day. I have my complete and official off season and competition diet and workout schedule in details for purchase on my webpage www.prinstonmartyn.com

Musclemania West Africa is coming soon next December in Accra [We would be very happy if you visit us for the occasion!]. What do you suggest to your African brothers to attain victory?
I would really love to attend if possible. In the event I'm not there I would like to tell and encourage my fellow African brothers and sisters to train hard and train safe. Always have good sportsmanship. Should you not obtain the placing you feel you deserve, Take it as a constructive criticism and make time to speak to the judges and get their opinions. Keep in mind that it is a very objective sport and don't take it too personal. Come back and try harder the next time around.
