Women's Training
Most women avoid lifting weights because they don't want to look like Ronnie Coleman! Some women do go to the gym but spend most of their time on cardiovascular exercise, and are intimidated by the weights room. It's a big mistake to think that your muscles will start to grow as soon as you'll touch a barbell! Going to the gym can instead allow you to burn off the fat while maintaining muscle and density-mass. Don't be afraid to lose your femininity. Training regularly will give you a firm breast, strong legs and flat abs and you will look more healthy and sexy than ever! Of course as a woman you will lift lighter weights then men. You will also find more convenient to work up to 20 reps for each exercise, more than men usually do. For the rest, the same guidance applies to both women and men: Drink a lot of water, warm up before training and cool down after your workout session.
"I just love to sweat," says a sister. "If you don't lift weights and tone your muscles, they will sag. You should keep your body in shape because this is your body, and you want to look good. I know I do."
