BODYBUILDING AND ME
It all began in 1997. I admired bodybuilders of my country who were well built physically. I decided to be like them. I started traing at a local gym with a couple of friends. In 1998, I competed for the first time in local shows and I always ranked 4th or 5th. Then in 1999, I participated in my first national competition and I won my first national award: Champion of Cameroon in the -85kg division.

I would like to thank NTPowerHouse for what they are doing for me and for all the African bodybuilders who have decided to devote their life to the sport they love.

NUTRITION
I don't follow any particular regime, I just eat anything that comes in a bucket! No protein powders, no creatine, no supplements. Sporadically I may consume some multi-vitamins. Some days I may eat three meals, some other days four meals. I don't have any particular time of the day to eat. Small financial means and lack of sponsorship are the main reasons of such bad habits! I love fresh fruits and I always eat so many every day.
