I am Daniel, born at Mambong-akwapim in Ghana. I am talented footballer and an electrician. Bodybuilding is now my favourite sports. I started training at the age of 20. I have never contested in any bodybuilding contest but hope to contest if given the chance. I eat 3 times daily and I live on local Ghanaian dishes. I love music because I believe is the food of the soul. I am a contestant for the Mr GYM contest organized by NTPowerHouse.
