Stephen is my name and I am a contestant for the NTPowerHouse online competition. I won third place in the Ghana's strongest man competition organized by Aviation Social Centre last year 2005. And I am preparing for the next show this year 2006. I am a carpenter and I love my job so much. Football is my main sport even though I like any sports. Listening to music is my hobby. I am a man of my own, inspired by no one. I train 5 times in a week for 1-2 hours each day. I hope to be a professional bodybuilder one day.
