Hi, Eugene is my name and I live with my family at Tema community 4. I am a student, pursuing diploma in computer studies. I started weight training at the age of 20 with friends who have the interest for the sports. Lee Haney is my role model. I like playing football, watching movies, reading as a hobby and going to the beach having fun with friends. I train twice daily for 5 days in a week. I eat normal African foods 3 times daily. Eating a lot of fruits and drinking a lot of water to keep my system clean is a must on my diet. I helped to keep myself out of drugs and alcoholic beverages since alcoholism does not promote good health and also destroy body form. I have never contested in any muscle show but I hope to contest if given the chance. Thanks to NTPowerHouse gym for giving me this platform to advertise myself to the whole wide world. I wish to be the champion of this all-important contest!
