Hi, Scourter is my name and I live with my family at La off shore. I am welder by profession but also work as bouncer at Jokers Night Club at La in Accra. I started weight training as a teen in my father's Local gym at La in Accra but I never took it serious. My father is one of the elders weight trainer that I have ever seen but he never contested in any muscle show. I began serious workout after meeting Dallas (former Mr Ghana 1998). I train once a day for five days in a week. I like dancing and listening to music, watching movies and going to the beach. I eat normal African food and I eat two times daily. My best food is kyenkey. I wish to be the champion of this online contest!
